Bids received after the time specified for bid opening will be returned unopened. Following the mandatory pre-bid meeting, the City of Loveland will accept additional questions in writing only directed to Bryan Harding, project manager, by email at bryan.harding@cityofloveland.org through 5:00 PM on July 12, 2024. The City shall provide written responses to questions received in an addendum to be posted to the bid website by 5:00 PM on July 13, 2024.
