The work shall be performed at the following locations, owned and operated by the City of Monroe, LA (Owner): 1. Water Pollution Control Center (WPCC), located at 770 Richwood Road No. 2, 2. Texas Avenue Pump Station, located at 1504 Ouachita Avenue, 3. Hadley Street Pump Station, located at 331 Hadley Street, and 4. Standifer Street Pump Station, located at 101 Standifer Street.
