The County of Brant along with the Construction Manager, Collaborative Structures Limited (CSL), is requesting responses to a Request for Pre-Qualifications (RTP) from interested, qualified Trade Contractors for the renovation, addition, and expansion of the new Paris Main Branch Library/Bawcutt Centre Building at 13 Burwell Street in Paris, Ontario. This process will follow the County of Brant Purchasing Policy #87-22. Currently CSL is asking interested parties to present their qualifications and express their interest in the project for the following scopes of work: - Earthworks, Site Servicing, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Curbs, Concrete Sidewalks - Landscaping - Concrete Forming - Reinforcing Steel - Masonry - Structural Steel - Miscellaneous Metals - Millwork - Cladding - Caulking & Firestopping - Roofing - Doors & Hardware - Glazing/Aluminum - Drywall - Flooring - Access Flooring - Painting - Specialties, including: - Lockers - Window Coverings - Washroom Accessories - Retractable Partitions - Elevators - Fire Protection - Mechanical - Electrical Following a review of the RFPQ responses, CSL, in collaboration with the Owner and Consultant Team, will choose multiple Trade Contractors to take part in the Tender stage of the project. CSL's objective is to shortlist up to five (5) firms to proceed to the Tender stage for each scope of work.
