A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Ririe School District is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to replace our current elementary school fire panel system to an updated system. Project Overview: We are looking to update and replace our existing elementary school fire panel system to an updated system to improve safety, and reduce maintenance costs, and enhance overall system performance. The project will involve replacement while ensuring seamless integration with our existing system. Scope of Work: a. Design of Fire Panel System: Develop a detailed design for the fire panel system, considering our specific requirements, building layout, and regulatory standards. Estimated materials as follows: 31 smoke alarms, fire and voice panel, 6 backup batteries, 4 relay modules, 46 monitor Modules, 56 speaker strobes, 11 heat sensors, 22 carbon monoxide detectors, 44 box's, remote, and any other supplies needed. b. Equipment Selection: Identify and specify appropriate equipment and controls necessary for the system. c. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the redesigned system complies with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations governing school fire panel systems.
