Road Improvements to Cherie Manor The Scope of Work Contemplated for the Abovenamed Project Includes Concrete Curb and Driveway Aprons, Reconstruction of Curb Ramps, Full Reconstruction of Pavement, and General Surface Restoration as Well as All Other Work of Any Type or Description Necessary for Completion of the Project, Whether or Not Specifically Described in These Contract Documents. Also, Bid Packets Must Be Accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety From a Surety Company Holding a Certificate of Authorization to Do Business in the State of New Jersey and Either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check Drawn to the Order of "township of Brick" for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Amount, Except That the Check Shall Not Exceed $20,000.00. The Successful Bidder is Hereby Notified That a Performance and Payment Bonds for the Full Amount of This Project is Required. The Award of the Contract for This Project Will Not Be Made Until the Necessary Funds Have Been Provided by Township of Brick in a Lawful Manner. Township of Brick Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bid Packets to the Extent Permitted by Law.
