The following scope of work is conceptual and represents a general outline of the expected services to be provided by the Consultant. It is not intended to be a complete list of services. The District expects consultants to use their knowledge and expertise to present a fully-developed scope of work that cost-effectively addresses the key project elements and considerations. Consultant should incorporate modifications and additions to the proposed scope of work, as needed, to support effective project delivery. The current estimated total project cost is approximately $22.5 million. The estimated budget for this predesign and alignment study, including condition assessment via thickness testing, is approximately $400,000. Award Consulting Service Contract Sep 11, 2024 The District reserves the right to negotiate a modified scope of work with the selected Consultant. In addition, the District reserves the right to issue a new RFP and select a new consultant for future work and/or for other work not included in the negotiated contract.
