Renovation of a municipal facility in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a 6,653-square-foot municipal facility.

The building contains 6,653.5 square feet (63 ft. 8 in. by 104 ft. 6 in.) and has a 12/4.5 roof pitch. The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing shingle roof with a standing seam or other metal or equal roof. Old roofing shall be removed and disposed of in a lawful manner. Identify the warranty period for new roofing material. Roofing shall be attached per manufacturer's specifications with approved fasteners. Ridge vents and all penetration boots shall be provided per the roofing manufacturer. The successful bidder will provide a per unit cost for installation of all items, Questions prior to the bid may be directed to Mark Hiester, Manager Successful bidder shall provide a bid bond certified check or bond in the amount of not less than ten percent of the total bid price. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Regulations shall apply to this project since this contract is estimated to cost more than $25,000. Before proceeding with the work, provide insurance: proof of current workers compensation; vendor's public liability insurance, personal injury, including death $250,000.00 for each person and $500,000.00 for each accident; and property damage limits of $500,000.00 for each accident and $1,000,000.00 for the aggregate.
