As of August 20, 2024, project has been awarded to Stone Restoration - Opt 1 $2,870,000.00 and Stone Restoration - Opt 2 $2,970,000.00. Description: Structural (concrete) and cosmetic (ligthing, signage, HVAC, etc.) upgrades for Parking Garage P1 located at: 1170 Farrow Parkway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 and Parking Garage P2 located at: 3076 Deville Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
