Reference Number 0000356009 CLIENT is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) to selected firms to perform the 5-year Part 12D Comprehensive Assessment (CA) inspection of CLIENT's PROJECT. The scope of the inspection is prescribed in Part 12, Subpart D of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) regulations and in Chapters 16- 18 of FERC's Engineering Guidelines. CLIENT seeks a qualified Independent Consultant (IC), and other Team members as needed, to complete the CA inspection. This CA includes a Potential Failure Modes Analysis (PFMA), Level 2 Risk Analysis (L2RA), Downstream Dive Inspection and Report, Comprehensive Assessment Report (CAR) and other associated tasks. The report is anticipated to be due to FERC by December 1, 2025. The primary inspection work will be completed in 2025, with some preparatory work (Inspection Plan) done in 2024 to meet the FERC regulations.
