Proposal Number : LAK113000 County: Lake Dbe Goal: 10.00 Bridge Repair C/r/s: Lak-us 6-04.61 Super Completion Date: 10/15/2025 For Improving Various Sections in the City of Willoughby Hills, in Lake County, of the State of Ohio, in Accordance With Plans and Specifications by Removing an Existing Four-span Reinforced Concrete Deck, Abutments, and Steel Girders Carrying Sr-6 Over Chagrin River and Replacing With New Reinforced Concrete Deck, Abutments, and Steel Girders. Perform Minor Patching at Existing Concrete Piers, Scour Protection, Minor Paving at Approaches, Drainage Improvements, and Other Related Work. OHDOT - US 6 - Bridge Repair ODOT is completing plans for and will construct the replacement ofthe superstructure and bridge abutments ofthe Chardon Road (US 6) bridge over the Chagrin River in Willougby Hills, Lake County, Ohio under Project LAK 6-4.61 (PID 113000). Lake MetroParks owns the property known as Pleasant Valley Park located north ofthe US 6 right of way. To perform the construction work on the Chardon Road bridge replacement, including improvement of drainage, it is necessary for ODOT to access the US 6 right of way by means of an existing access drive extending across the Pleasant Valley Park property from Pleasant Valley Road. Lake MetroParks is agreeable to allowing ODOT to use that drive for the purpose of accessing the bridge project area
