Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ripon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 37,000-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by the Bidder's Bond Work of this contract consists of demolition of the existing vehicle maintenance facility, site restoration and preparation for the construction of a roughly 37,000 square foot precast concrete vehicle maintenance and storage garage and office facility on the existing site including all associated site work and pavement. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. Each bid shall be accompanied by the Bidder's Bond in the amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount of the total bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a Contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
