In the bid document, found in , one will find a comprehensive list of all the filters that are needed including building, location, size and type. All measurements are in inches unless otherwise specified. The Facilities Services team will order the filters in lots based on the buildings at a monthly or quarterly rate. Therefore, not all of the filters will be ordered at one time nor will they be ordered within a single years' time. We estimate that we can complete this list of filters in a 2 year period and therefore ask that all initial pricing be locked for a minimum of 2 years. After the initial 2 year period we will allow price increases per subsequent 2 year periods at 3% or CPI which ever is lower It is anticipated that the initial term of any contract awarded pursuant to this RFQ will be for six (6) years with the option to extend for 2 additional 2-year periods (10 years in total) Question Deadline 06/28/2024 All supplier questions must be submitted in the Discussion Forum section
