Site work for a road / highway in Eastmain, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Replacement of 61 transverse culverts and two longitudinal culverts, supply and installation of safety barriers and drainage work between km 200 and km 380 of Route Billy-Diamond and upgrades to the intersection of Route Billy-Diamond and route 19900 - Lot E2. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Construction is scheduled for 2026. Tender and construction timelines will be finalized at a later date. Reference to tender call number: SD26-5001-1. Further update in late spring/summer, 2026. Notes: - Following the request for proposals SD23-5057-1R/1817219 the owner has awarded the firm WSP Canada to provide construction work monitoring services during this project implementation. - Road marking of km 0 to km 380 is expected as well. Tender call # will be SD26-5003-1.
