Drains in City Right of Way Repair Program - PN7504B North Area (SBI) The work for which proposals are invited consist of drain repairs within the City's right of way bounded by South of Irving Park Road, The West City Limits on the west, Lake Michigan on the east and Chicago Ave on the south, with work including Chicago Ave. This work includes but is not limited to excavating, removing and disposing of material, both wet and dry; tree stump removal and disposal; furnishing, placing and removing sheeting, bracing and timbering; pumping, fluming and removing water and sewage; furnishing and placing mortar, brick, granular embedment and vitrified clay and ductile sewer pipe, fittings and stoppers; backfilling with trench backfill; placement of concrete base coarse and Asphalt Pavement, placing four inches of topsoil and hydro-seeding in existing parkway grass areas as described in the detailed specifications, including all appurtenant work and accessories, to the complete satisfaction of, approval and acceptance by the City.
