Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bedford Hts, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Asphalt paving of parkways , Parking lots and all purpose trail at Bedford Reservation a certified check, cashiers check or money order, drawn on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, a Performance and Labor and Materialman Bond written on an acceptable surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio and in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Only Odot Pre-oualified Contractors Are Eligible to Submit Bids for This Project. Pre-qualification Status Must Be in Force at the Time of Bid, at the Time of Award, and Tiirougii the Life of the Construction Contract. Subcontractors Are Not Subject to the Pre-qualification Requirement.
