Question Deadline 07/05/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 %. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, money order, or bid bond, payable to the owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, as a proposal guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. * The owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the owner.
