Reference number : 1840479 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-05 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months): 2 The Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Service Center (CSSMB) wants to retain the services of a Service Provider for the labor, tools, parts and materials necessary for the inventory, updating the register equipment and inspection, MAO (Furniture, equipment, tools) anchored in the walls (basketball hoops, wall bars, climbing holds, others) located in the gymnasiums. Location of the services to be performed The equipment concerned is located in establishments divided into three different sectors: - North Sector - Western Sector - South Sector This is a service contract, including a flat-rate component and on request (small repairs). Fixed-price component: Inventory and inspection of equipment in gymnasiums and palestra of CSSMB establishments as well as updating the register ; It is the responsibility of the service provider to provide the necessary staff in order to complete the mandate on time. The contractor must have the appropriate specialized contractor license from the Regie de Batiment du Quebec (RBQ) in subcategory 11.2-Special equipment and products The mandate must be carried out from the award of the contract (mid-July 2024) to end no later than August 17, 2024 (including the correction of deficiencies) .
