The Work of this Contract consists of providing materials and installation for the following scope of work at the Colorado State University Mountain Campus:
Provide and install new 70 X 16 bridge. Work includes but is not limited to installation of, piles, abutments, wingwalls, bridge, wearing surfaces, guardrails, associated road alignment work, traffic control, signage, demolition of existing bridge and site restoration in accordance with the contract documents. Question Deadline 07/26/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Anticipated Construction Start September 2024 Anticipated Construction Finish November 29, 2024 Award Intent Notification (anticipated) August 12, 2024 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % if a contract amounts to $150,000 or more, the awarded contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds not less than 50% of the value of the contract. The costs associated with this bond are to be included in the contractor's bid.
