Audio, Lighting & Video Services Last Day for Questions: Monday, June 24, 2024 at 3pm The Successful Vendor will within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the Notice to Award furnish the Town with a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in penal sums equal to the amount of the Contract Price, conditioned upon the performance by the Successful Vendor of all undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of the Proposal documents, and upon the prompt payment by the Successful Vendor to all persons supplying labor and materials in the prosecution of the Work provided by the Bid Document A minimum of Three (3) years providing the goods/services described in this Proposal Document under the Vendor name that is submitting a Completed Proposal Document, with references to validate this requirement. The Town reserves the right to reject the Proposal Documents of any Vendor who has previously failed to perform properly in any way or complete on time contracts of a similar nature; or a Proposal Document from a Vendor who, investigation shows, is not in a position to perform the Contract; or Proposal Documents from any person, Vendor, or corporation which is in arrears or in default to the Town for any debt or contract.
