Reference Number 0000272674 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide as and when required the following professional services at Canadian Forces Bases Valcartier, Saint-Jean, Bagotville, and Montréal, Québec Province: Supervision for roof construction and repair works managed by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND). The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 260,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $260,000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 5,000.00 and $ 50,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 75,000.00.
