The project includes but is not limited to street improvements to Church Street from North Street to South Street, Howard Avenue from Olive Street to West Street, and Olive Street from Howard Avenue to Home Avenue. The work includes milling and resurfacing of road segments previously described, full depth patching (as needed), widening of Olive Street, sidewalk and ramp replacement (as needed), and all other work required for the completion of the project. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 60 days.
