construction of: EAST VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PARKING LOT ASPHALT REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT EAST VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 90 YAKIMA, WA 98901 Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be considered. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents but does not need to be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check. Question Deadline 07/05/2024 Written Request. Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request that shall reach the Owner at least five (5) days prior to the Bid Date. Questions are to be directed to the Project Manager: Diego Quintana at dquintana@loofburrow.com and copied to Contract Administrator: Marizella Cuellar at mcuellar@loofburrow.com. The Board of Directors for East Valley School District No. 90 may, reject any and all bids. The Board of Directors may also make further calls for bids in the same manner as the original call. The Board of Directors also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for receiving the bids or before the award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
