Renovation of a municipal facility in Nassau, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Town Hall Roof Replacement the Town Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Non-collusive Bidding Certificates and Proof of Insurance Must Accompany Each Bid. The replacement of the rear portions of roofs on the Nassau Town Hall have reached the point of replacement. The top roof has tabbed shingles and lower flatter roof is rolled roofing. Approximate total area is just under 1200 square feet/12 square. The top portion is approx. 12 x 40 and flat roof is approx. 16 x 40. Project requires complete removal of both roofs. Assess underlayment. Replace underlayment as needed. Ice and snow shield on flat roof up to approximately where second course of tabbed shingles shall lay on upper roof. Replace lower flat roof with rolled roofing and upper with tabbed shingles. Replace vented roof cap. The porch roofs will not be replaced.
