The homes and all appendages to the home shall be taken down with all debris removed from the site to an approved location. All concrete and foundations shall be removed, and the excavations shall be brought back up to grade with clean compacted fill sand. The site shall be provided with four inches of topsoil, seeded and mulched. All work to be subject to approval under a demolition permit issued by the Department of Building Safety.
