The homes and all appendages to the home shall be taken down with all debris removed from the site to an approved location. All concrete and foundations shall be removed, and the excavations shall be brought back up to grade with clean compacted fill sand. The site shall be provided with four inches of topsoil, seeded and mulched. All work to be subject to approval under a demolition permit issued by the Department of Building Safety. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Mt. Pleasant. The City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids, and to select the bid considered most advantageous to the city. The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under the Contract within 60daysfollowing the approval by the City Commission and all work to be completed within 90 days of the agreement Bid results - 402 N.
