Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Saint John, New Brunswick. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified Proponents to undertake the design and construction of commercial playground equipment; including (but not limited to) removal of identified play equipment, design, supply and installation of new equipment in the areas indicated in Appendix D, including site amenities and restoration for the Rockwood Park Playground located at 175 Fisher Lakes Drive in Saint John during the 2025 construction season as per the below specifications, terms, and conditions. A scalable design solution based on the available funding is required. The scope of work, sketches, and photos provided as part of this package are for information only. Verification of dimensions and site conditions is the responsibility of the Proponent. The Proponent shall examine the site conditions carefully, prior to developing designs to ensure that details are appropriate for existing conditions.
