Reference Number 0000356124 Delivery Point: 1580 Old US 23, Brighton, MI 48114 The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking proposals for the replacement of two sets of doors and frames located at a Township owned fire station. Please see the RFP for more details. The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace two (2) sets of doors and frames at a Township-owned fire station located at 1580 Old US 23, Brighton, MI 48114. The doors are two pedestrian doors that service the fire station bay. The doors the Township is seeking to replace are the doors with the electronic keypads. There is one located in the front of the building and the other is located at the back of the building. Question Deadline 07/10/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Any questions about this RFP should be submitted to Zachary Dyba, in writing, at astmgr@brightontwp.com. The Contract is anticipated to be awarded on July 22, 2024. Contractor shall give advance notice, preferably one week, before commencing with the project. Bidder's shall include in their proposal the anticipated time frame for the project, i.e. how many days it will take to complete the job. Project must be completed by the end of December 1, 2024. The Township reserves the right to waive all informalities in the bidding process and may reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, for reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the Township
