Water Supply Well and Pump House in Beeville, Texas Water Supply Well and Appurtenances It is the intent of the plans and specifications to provide a new industrial well. The electrical will terminate at the junction box next to slab and piping will include up to 6’ past the seal slab as shown in drawings. Unless noted otherwise, the Contractor agrees to furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the Drawings and/or described in the Specifications referenced in this proposal. The unit and lump sum prices shown shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, etc. to cover the finished work as indicated. The construction shall be completed in One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. By completion of this bid proposal, the Contractor acknowledges that they have made a site visit and comprehend any work site problems. Site work and construction may begin after the preconstruction meeting and construction can during normal business hours. The Owner reserves the right to strike line items from the Bid Proposal and to request a best and final offer with the “Best Value” Contractor as needed to meet budgetary constraints. Please note that there is a $100/day liquidated damage past the contract completion date. A contract will be executed once the GCD permit is secured. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to complete the “Driller” section of the GCD permit. Pump House, GSTs, and Appurtenances It is the intent of the plans and specifications to provide a complete and fully functioning pump house and water plant. Unless noted otherwise, the Contractor agrees to furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the Drawings and/or described in the Specifications referenced in this proposal. The unit and lump sum prices shown shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, etc. to cover the finished work as indicated. The construction shall be completed in Ninety (90) working days. By completion of this Bid Proposal, the Contractor acknowledges that they have made a site visit and comprehend any work site problems.
