Renovation of a swimming pool in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
System renewal, repairs and renovations to the Shaw Centre. Scope of work to be determined. TIMELINE: Project is in early planning stage. A pre-feasibility study is underway to identify shortfalls, unmet code requirements or other changes required to accommodate current and long-term facility needs. The study will assist City staff in replacement or repair identification, and in understanding operational conditions and deficiencies needing remedial work. The goal is to create a strategic capital investment plan for the facility. It will include project execution prioritization and projection for major operations, systems renewal and mandated project scope with timing intended to minimize shutdown time. Design and construction timing is unknown at this time.
