Reconstruct Runway and Apron. 2. Widen runway 10' - maintain existing center line. 3. Install asphalt overlay on Runway. (4,050' x 60') 4. Construct expanded apron; reconstruct connector taxiway. 5. Apply runway markings and taxiway striping. 6. Construct Runway 14 pavement turnaround. (Alt. 1) 7. Install medium intensity runway lighting. (MIRL) 8. Install new voltage regulator and radio controller at existing vault. 9. Install rotating beacon and tower. 10. Install precision approach path indicator. (PAPI) - 2L (Alt. 2) (Runway 14 / 34) 11.
