To Construct a Fuel Dispenser Depot on the Itd Peterson Hill Campus. The Project Includes the Installation of Owner Supplied Fuel Equipment and the Construction of a Fuel Canopy An Onsite Pre-bid Q&a Will Be Held on Wednesday, June 26th,2024, at 9:00 a.m. (Site Local Time). Attendance by Bidders is Strongly Recommended. Failure to Account for All Subjects Observed and Discussed at the Pre-bid Meeting Will Not Be Cause for a Change Order. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or to Waive Informalities. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond With a Surety Company Licensed to Do Business in Idaho or a Certified or Cashier's Check Drawn on an Idaho Bank in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Total Bid Made Payable to Idaho Transportation Department. The Bidder, in the Event of Failure to Sign the Contract or Furnish the Necessary 100% Performance Bond and the Necessary 100% Payment Bond, Will Forfeit This Surety.
