Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies for Broad Street Subway City Hall Reverse Signaling Project. The qualified consultants shall be able to provide services that include but are not limited to engineering consultant services to the Communications and Signaling Department for a wide range of projects under a single task order-based contract over a three-year term. All questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be submitted in writing to SEPTA, 1234 Market Street, 11th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107, and Attn: Racquel Burden, Procurement, Supply Chain & DBE Division via email: rburden@septa.org. All questions must be received no later than 3:00 PM. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. The answers to all questions submitted will be issued as an addendum to the project.
