The Project consists of Resurfacing of 1.25 miles of East Main Street East of Tyler Avenue (Displays included in Bidding Documents). Resurfacing will include 2" of surface milling and overlay with VDOT Std. SM-9.5D asphalt, restriping per existing conditions, and ADA compliant curb ramp upgrades, and associated appurtenances. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with procedure set out in Section 2.2-4330(B)(1) of the Code of Virginia.
