Region 10 Lighting Maintenance including the furnishing of all transportation, labor, materials, signs, equipment, parts, tools and appurtenances required to perform the work in accordance with this Specification. The contractor shall be responsible for transporting material furnished by NYS to and from locations within Nassau and Suffolk Counties as designated by the Engineer and maintaining inventory records of materials stored at the Contractors Facility. Interested business entities can also inquire as to availability of the Bid Package in writing, and are encouraged to inquire via email to "Purch-Assist@dot.ny.gov", stating their interest in the release of the IFB, and requesting to be placed on the Bidder's List. When requesting a bid solicitation package, please provide full business entity name, address, contact telephone number, and the business entity's federal employer identification number (FEIN). Bid solicitation material can be obtained through the CR Ad, requested electronically (via email) or hard copy (via mail).
