CONTRACT NO. 2024-01 - GENERAL/MECHANICAL CONTRACT NO. 2024-02 - ELECTRICAL The Project includes the following Work: Selective demolition including but not limited to demolition of an existing belt filter press, associated piping and controls, sludge conveyors, and press room louvers and windows. A new rotary screw press system including screw press, screw press control panel, and magnetic flow meter have been pre-purchased by the Owner and are to be installed as part of this project according to Section 012400 - Consignment of Pre-Purchased Equipment. New grating, sludge conveyors, polymersystem and associated piping and controls,sludge piping, drain piping, chemical metering pumps and piping, among other ancillary press room and DelPAC room piping and appurtenances, along with a new pump station wet well, pumps, and valve vault, are also to be provided. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Township of Spring hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
