Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work 4,366 linear feet +/- of a new 8-inch non-potable waterline. The new waterline will provide water service to the Pascua Yaqui Wellness Center and park. o Non-potable waterline work includes clearing, trenching and backfill, connecting to the existing 16 PVC (owned by the PYT) by tapping sleeve and valve, new non potable PVC and DI waterline, valves, boxes, fittings, air release valves, removal and disposal of excess materials, water markers, reconstruction of existing stabilized earth (used as pavement), removal of sidewalk, new sidewalk, and other miscellaneous work as shown in the project plans and included in the bid tabulation. The work specified shall be completed within 240 working days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) CAP-fall-outage maintenance and repair window: October 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024 Casino / Golf Course water disruption window January 1, 2025, to February 15, 2025 This project is located within Sections 23 and 24 of Township 15 South, Range 12 East Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona. This project is entirely located within the Pascua Yaqui Tribe (PYT) Reservation, Tucson Arizona.
