The purpose of this RFP is to procure the Services of a maintenance provider to perform Preventative Maintenance, Break-Fix Activities, and/or upgrade Alberta First Responders Radio Communications System (AFRRCS) standby power systems. Out of the 333 remote radio sites, the Contractor will provide Services at approximately 181 of these sites which have AFRRCS-owned standby power systems. Each AFRRCS Site consists of an automatic transfer switch (ATS), standby power generator, and standby fuel system. Stable and adequate power systems are critical to the functionality of the equipment and shelters at AFRRCS Sites. If you have questions, please contact the Contact Person below only by email. Zoom, Teams or other virtual meeting formats are unavailable for this optional meeting. Each Proponent should send no more than 2 representatives to this visit.
