This project will consist of topsoil stripping/placement, excavation, gravel placement, rip rap, a concrete boat ramp, and seeding necessary to construct a new boat ramp and parking area at Wheatland Reservoir #3. The Procuring Agency will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of any mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at any pre-bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed.
