As of 8/14/2024, this project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded on 8/20/2024. Anaconda Deer Lodge County (ADLC) has hired Water and Environmental Technologies (WET) to explore the existing condition of the sewer main system at the Daly Addition Improvements Project. During CCTV inspection it was discovered that multiple sections of sanitary sewer require rehabilitation. Each determined location has documentation of poor condition, sewer backups and/or increased maintenance frequency. The Anaconda Deer Lodge County is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids to furnish and install Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) in compliance with the attached bid specification. Materials shall be furnished and installed of the sizes and classes designated in this Request for Bid (RFB) document, as confirmed by the CONTRACTOR, and as shown in the attached Construction Plans. The bid specification ten (10) distinct pipe segments consisting of approximately 4,078.68 linear feet that warrant CIPP lining. The Request for Bid (RFB) documents may be examined or obtained at the office of Water and Environmental Technologies, 480 East Park Street, Butte, MT 59701 in accordance with Article 2.01 of Instructions to Bidders. All operators, laborers, drivers, and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Anaconda-Deer Lodge County and the State of Montana. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Anaconda Deer Lodge County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificafe(s) of that insurance shall be provided. ***Bid Event: No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which will take place on July 17, 2024, 7:30 P.M.
