Construction will begin soon. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Eagle Mountain City is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for the design of engineering construction plans to convert an existing round-about to a signalized intersection at the intersection of Pony Express Parkway & Eagle Mountain Boulevard. (Attachment B graphic of the intersection is attached at the end of the RFP document.) Question Deadline 07/11/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this RFP shall be submitted in writing through electronically. Questions and Answers Posted July 15, 2024 Anticipated Contract Award July 26, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The City further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to be non-responsible. The City also reserves the right to waive all informalities or technicality in any bid or proposal in the interest of the City not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
