Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Laval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upgrades and improvement to the National Institute for Scientific Research Building. The scope of work includes: - dismantling of four existing tanks at the perimeter of the building; - construction of a platform in the generator room; - construction of a ladder in the generator room; - construction of a slab for the new 80,000 lb fiberglass. TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation, issued and awarded a tender for contractor for the first construction phase that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name AFSB-17- Replacement of Oil Tanks Phase 1. Construction is underway. Subsequent phase tenders will be followed when/if they are issued in new separate reports.
