The successful Bidder will be required to post a 100% Payment and Performance Bond. * The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School. Filing for a State permit is required. Filing for a local mechanical permit is required. Local permit fees shall be waived, only ADA fees will be applied. 2. Mobilization and demobilization, including providing continuous access to areas surrounding the Project Site during construction. 3. Development of a work area site plan including equipment/material laydown area, dumpster location and crane location while removing the old RTU and lifting the replacement into place. 4. Disconnect and reconfiguration of interior duct work as required to ensure adequate flow of conditioned air (heating and cooling) into building area that is being serviced. Disconnect, remove via crane and dispose Lennox RTU Install via crane (1) new Trane Foundation Series 7.5 ton and adapter curb or equal. 5. Disconnect existing Lennox RTU from power and piping 6. Provide crane to remove Lennox RTU from the roof top 7. Install curb adaptor and crane new 7.5-ton RTU into place connect 7.5-ton RTU to power, piping and duct work as required; reconnect gas, controls and electrical piping. 8. Startup system and ensure that it is working at optimum level. 9. Remove Lennox RTU, any ductwork that has been removed and all other debris created during completion of the project and legally dispose and/or salvage off site. 10. Leave roof top and grounds within the project area in a broom clean manner. 11. Provide owner with a complete operations, maintenance and repair manual for new RTU 12. This project shall include prevailing wage rates and is tax exempt.
