The New York Power Authority (Hereafter, the Authority or Nypa) Invites You to Submit a Proposal to Furnish All Supervision, Labor, Materials and Equipment (Except for Services, Materials and/or Equipment to Be Furnished by Others as Specifically Referred to in the Contract Documents) for the Following Project: The New York Power Authority (nypa) is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms for a Turnkey Solution to Upgrade the Video Wall, Processing Units, and Related Audio/visual Systems at the New York Power Authority's (Nypa) Agile Visual Analytics Room (Var) in Albany, Ny. Location of Event: Nypa's White Plains Office Located in White Plains, New York MWBE goal: 30% SDVOB goal: 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Please refer to Attachment 1 for the Scope of Services defined in this RFP. NYPA is looking for suppliers who may meet any of the needs as detailed in Attachment 1. Suppliers are encouraged to respond even if they are only qualified to deliver one part of the RFP. NYPA is not necessarily looking for a single supplier who can perform all of the objectives listed. For a comprehensive understanding of the existing setup and to aid in the precise planning of the upgrade, two drawings of the existing wall display, detailing the "Device Plan" and "Elevations", as well as photos of the existing projection wall can be found in Section 6 “Attachments” of this SOW for the bidders' information. Additionally, NYPA will organize a pre-bid walkthrough of the site for all interested bidders. This walkthrough is designed to provide bidders with additional information and a better explanation of the scope of work, ensuring accurate and comprehensive proposals. The project scope includes the demolition and hauling away of the current video wall system, design, provision, installation, and configuration of the new components including but not limited to all of audio/video equipment, video wall processing, mechanical, electrical and all structural work associated with the installation of the system as detailed below. NYPA will not accept any partial solutions for this turnkey project.
