Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and pipeline.

Boiler Replacement (2), Chiller line replacement, and gas piping. Sub Bid Category Plumbing Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK A. The Work under the Contract consists of in general but not limited to: o HVAC- Work shown on drawings and specifications including but not limited to: o Removal of existing Electric Boilers o Installation of Two (2) new gas fired boilers o Replacement of Two (2) circulation pumps o Replacement of existing chiller and ice water lines from tanks to boiler room (existing below grade piping to be abandoned.) o PLUMBING o Gas piping associated with new gas fired boilers. o ELECTRICAL o Disconnect and make safe existing electric boilers o Power for new gas fired boilers o Disconnect and reconnect circulation pumps to be replaced o New Carbon Monoxide detector connected to existing fire alarm. o All work included in Contract Documents. B. Order of Work: 1. NOTE WELL: The Contractor must submit a proposed Work Schedule to the Architect and OWNER for approval. C. In addition, the work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
