Site work for a water / sewer project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sewer Line Replacement - Project scope is to remove and replace existing sewer lines in north hall of the Convention Center. The scope encompasses all necessary tasks from initial assessment to final reinstatement to deliver a fully operational and reliable sewer system. Location: Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Administrative Entrance 3150 Paradise Road Las Vegas, NV 89109 A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Nevada Apprenticeship Act may apply to this project. Instruction: Provide all labor, equipment, and material to remove and replace portions of the existing sewer lines in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas NV. Scope includes but not limited to: 1. East side of convention area (see the attached map): a. GPR scan/wand areas to be cut/excavated. b. Cut/Break/Haul 85'x4'14" & 5'x5'x14" section of concrete to access failed pipe and cleanout. c. Machine dig excavated area above and stockpile spoils next to trench. d. Replace 85' of 4" PVC and associated fittings. e. Replace 1 ea. Floor sink and associated fittings. f. Replace 1 ea. Cleanout and associated fittings. g. Sand bed new pipe up to 12" thick. Backfill and compact with native soil. Provide compaction tests at 12" lifts. h. Patch back any cut/excavated areas with 14" thick, 4,000 - 4,500 psi concrete. Drill/dowel #5 rebar @ 12" O.C. and 6" embed and epoxy with Hilti Re500 or equal to approved epoxy. 2. Approximately 40' west of where scope above is to be completed: a. GPR scan/wand areas to be cut/excavated. b. Cut/break/Haul 8'x8'x14" section of concrete to access failed pipping. c. Machine dig excavated area above and stockpile spoils next to the trench. d. Replace 1 ea. Floor cleanout and associate fittings. e. Sandbed new pipe up to 12" thick. Backfill and compact with native soil. Provide compaction test 2 12" lifts. f. Patch back cut/excavated areas with 14" thick 4,000 - 4,500 psi concrete. Drill/dowel #5 rebar @ 12" O.C. and 6" embed and epoxy with Hilti RE 500 or equal to approved epoxy.
