RLM General Contractors, as Construction Manager, will be accepting sealed proposals for work packages related to the Kilgore ISD Career Tech Center. The proposed building will be a pre-engineered, metal skinned structure and will include five instructional classrooms and an ag shop roughly 70 by 55 square feet, as well as storage rooms, offices for teachers and administrators, a walk-in cooler and even a kennel and grooming facilities for animals in ag and vet tech programs. In general, the project consists of, but not necessarily limited to, sitework, site demolition, erosion control, site utilities, pavement markings, termite control, landscaping, concrete, steel fabrication/erection, miscellaneous metals, general trades, millwork, joint sealants, hollow metal doors/frames, overhead doors, finish hardware, glass/glazing, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, resilient base, painting, specialties, window treatments, pre-engineered metal buildings, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications and safety/security systems.
