Site work for a civil project in Toppenish, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The Yakama Nation is requesting bids for construction of the Satus North Drain wetlands project to improve water supply to the Yakama Nation's Satus Wildlife Area. The projects will consist of removing and replacing two pre-cast water control structures and culverts conneting two wetlands, and installing a new precast water control structure and culvert in an irrigation drain and under a county road. The 3 precast structures and all culverts will be provided by Yakama Nation. The project has two sites with different construction periods, one in August and September 2024 and the other from January to March 15th 2025. Davis Bacon wages apply to this contract. The successful contactor will be required to comply with federal laws and regulations and applicable provisions ofthe Tribal Employment Rights Ordiancnce and other tribal laws. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. cost 350,000 -410,000
