Perry Lane Park Pool The Town of Agawam is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of PERRY LANE PARK POOL, in accord with the Project Manual and Drawings prepared by the office of Engineering Design Associates, Inc. The Contract is estimated to be $50,000.00. Jennifer Bonfiglio Chief Procurement Officer via email at: bids@agawam.ma.us. The project scope consists of swimming pool rehabilitation for Perry Lane Park Pool as described in the construction documents and specifications. The Contractor shall perform all the work required by the Contract Documents entitled PERRY LANE PARK POOL The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the specifications contained in IFB #24-620-002 and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS OR PROVISIONS as incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement. For the purposes of this contract, a project shall be work performed under Chapter 30 39M (public works construction) and shall include but not be limited to installation of new pickleball courts on base prepared by Owner, including paving, court surfacing, and furnishing and installing fencing and nets; demolition of existing pavement and pavilion footings; installation of new pavilion furnished by Owner; construction of walkways and removable bollards; finish grading and lawn seeding.
