Randall County Drainage Improvements Country Club Road Drainage Barrier the Intersection of Country Club Rd. And 23rd Street Randall County, Texas. A 5% bid bond must accompany proposal submittal. A Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of total project will be submitted by awarded vendor within 10 days after award of proposal by Randall County Commissioners Court. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the most responsive proposal to Randall County based on the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal. Payment will be made 30 days after receipt of invoice. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the bid documents. Bidders should contact the Engineer not less than two days before the bid opening to insure that they have all addenda that may affect the bid
