The scope of this project is the repair of 4' wide and 5' sidewalks to ADA compliance. The efforts associated with this project include, but are not limited to, installation of sidewalk ramps, excavation, removal/replacement of existing landscaping, site grading, installation of form work, concrete work, and sodding. All work shall be in accordance with the general notes, and specifications included as part of this project manual. Below is the street name and limits of work for the proposed sidewalk repair. The contractor shall bid this project according to the constraints of the general notes, and specifications. A site visit to determine any unforeseen issues is strongly recommended. Bidders shall submit a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid for a period of sixty (60) days.
